Try enabling that and see if you get any better results, you do have to press on the screen a little bit harder than you expect. NO SETTINGS ADJUSTMENT fixes it. I noticed it seems a bit slower to react in some games. The pen doesn't tap or scroll easily, I literally have to bang the screen with the pen for the tap to select an item, by applying a LOT of pressure to scroll. Samsung never acknolwede or fix it and looks like S8 has same issue. The doesn't respind to any touches then it recognize a touch as many touches. Just used the show touches in developer options and a blank page. But it is fairly expensive and has a little bit of a complicated installation. Everything that’s small and close to the edge. The hover cursor shows just as normal. It's just the actual touch that has lost all sensitivity. The setting should be at the bottom of the list.
